I lost 3lbs my first week i'm hoping to just loose the one or two they figure i'll loose. I have a long journey ahead of me and prefer to do it right and slow. So the likely hood of regain is not as high! :)

Welcome.. :) I wish you luck. I've been on all sorts of diets through out my life. In all honesty this is awesome.. Eat what you want with in the limits and do exercise to gain more cals that you can eat back as well.. although if you want seriouse change don't eat them all back.. but at least eat half back.. i lost three…

I think.. on weigh in day each of us will get our own medicine if your eating to much with incosistant activity your going to find you gain. You follow what is suggested on "MFP" and do it consitanly you'll loose. So i say just be possitive and help one another if we ask! :)

Yes, it seems weird.. but even being a larger women. I'm finding i'm loosing 3lbs a week thus far instead of what they though saying a 2 lb loss. I'm thinking its because im eating back most of my exercise callories. I do find the theory weird.. though!
