Are you mucous-y? If you are, I would do without it. If you eat it, I would stick with organic. Or try soy cheese. Its delicious and melts better than real cheese.

I would try elimating wheat and sugar for a test run.

Don't over do fruit, but to help wean off other sugary, sure use fruit. Then over time cut it out to seldom and use fruit as a treat or when you genuinely need sugar.

My opinion...track your sugar. Reduce and get it low. As long as you are feeding the sugar beast you will binge to get more and more. I can not tell enough people how important it is. Few will truly understand unless they are willing to suffer the withdraw.

I say take control of your kitchen cabinets and teach them all healthy eating so they don't struggle with this same issue parer in life.

I snack on cold cooked chicken breast cut in half thin way so its easy to chew. I even put it in zip lock baggies like a snack food. I also love pistachios. Plain vreek yogart and frozen berries sometimes.

I would suggest removing the junk food from your house and track your sugar intake. Sugar is auditing and feeds a frenzy of eating.

Pretzels & cranberry or Apple juice always help my tummy cause that's what my mom always gave me when sick. Not as salty as soup. Or coconut water is good. Scrambled eggs with toast

I only hold at 20 incline, walking at 4.0 to watch my heartrate spike a few minutes then lower and slow down.

My arms and bra fat are always the last place I store my fat. It takes me 18% body fat about to loose the pudge roll.

I've had three...#1 gained 35, #2 gained 40ish, #3 gained 35. I was always hungry and ate way more than should have. If I had discipline, probably essentially would have been 20lbs

Don't let them free roam in your house and keep them with u on a leash or in a crate at all times.
