For diet soda's - trying to stop altogether, but love them. They seem like cheating if you do think of them as posion., All the diet "shakes" are motivation for me to make a real meal with the same calories/nutritional intake. I have a few in the garage to remind me that food is better.

Me-3 LNS: 2 If I can avoid eatting at all after 7pm I'm golden.... however if I start I have a hard time stopping. Did good tonight. Made a birthday cake, frosted it (homemade all the way!) then got on the elipitcal for 30 min instead of tasting all the extra bits!

I've only lost 30lbs (3 on MFP), But.... I no longer crave fast food. I LIKE veggies now. I crave flavor instead of greasy things Love my new jeans. Love being able to get on my horse without a mounting block. Will blast plast this platue soon. Can jog up 3 flights of stairs without being winded.
