i did a couple blogilates videos (want you back arms challenge, glad you came calves challenge, and two POPcardio videos), 20 minutes of yoga, and practiced my cheers and dances for cheerleading for about 20 minutes.

I'm 5'6", small frame (I believe so, at least. My wrist is 5.5" around.) About 127-128 pounds. I wear juniors sizes, so size 5 pants Size Small or Medium Tops :)
