  • Thanks, I try to take it easy. This was my first c section and when I delivered my daughter I was able to bounce back MUCH quicker. For now I just take the dogs on a light 20 minute walk each day just to keep moving. I am so anxious to get back at it but don't want to damage anything. A supportive network goes a long way.

  • Hello you can add me. I had my son 2 weeks ago via c-section an I have 4 weeks before I can start losing. I gained 30 pounds during pregnancy and with breast feeding and healthy eating I have lost 22 so far. Hopefully we all can reach our goals. I was about 10 pounds overweight prior to pregnancy.
  • I have recently had a c-section, and have lost all my pre pregnancy weight with the exception of about 6 pounds. After speaking to my personal trainer (who has had two sections prior and built like a tank) the excess flab is nothing more that fat that CAN be shed. She is a prime example.
