Age - 20 Height - 5'7" Weight (starting) - 125lbs Weight (current) - 115lbs Calories eaten per day - Between 500-1000 usually Calories burnt per day - BMR for me is around 1200, but if I work out I burn an extra 200-500 that day depending on what I do. Goals - Get back to my lowest weight.

Our stats are slightly different,, but I'm 5'7", 20yr, somewhere around 125lbs and would like to get down to 105lbs. So, I've got 20 (ish) pounds to lose. I never could get the hang of crochet, but I do love to knit :)

That's completely wrong. NEVER eat back calories you exercise, keeping a deficit is important if you actually want to lose weight. Increasing the amount you eat on days you exercise completely defeats the point of exercising at all. Instead, change what you eat-- let's say you have 1000 cals a day, and 90% is carbs (so…
