Well I have just joined MFP today and your story has truly inspired me! I too am 306 pounds and 6" 1' so we both start at the same weight. I noticed you joined in November 2011 so have you done that in 8 months. If so that is amazing and gives me a target. I was planning to get to 196 pounds in a year at 2 pounds a week
