You cannot spot reduce fat - calorific balance (negative) will assist you in losing weight - back exercises will increase muscle mass / tone in your back...

I add the the time that I was physically doing something (i.e. not the rest period) - so, I do 37 sets so log that as 30 minutes - it's better than guessing...I guess?

Train high reps (15-20) - and lighter weights...

No woman who trains 'naturally' (i..e without drugs) will ever look like a male bodybuilder - they just don't have the testosterone flooding around their bodies. If you train hard, you'll get toned, a little more defined and build a little muscle, but you'll never look like Arnold Shwarzennegger :-)

Ok, so the mind was willing however the body wasn't....that's natural - we all have different energy levels....have you given up? No...good, tomorrow will come soon enough, try again...don't waste any further energy worrying about it....
