I'm 5'4ish (close to 5'5) just want to lose the tum. Ultimately goal is to be comfortable and confident so it's just 1 kilo at a time. Figures wise. I'm at 106.3k would like to be 63.5k. Written like that it's a mountain to climb.

I like my eyes (or rather the shade), they're blue but change shade dependent on my mood. And I like my independence A LOT!

Firstly try setting a mini goal of losing 10% of what you weigh(ed) when you signed up. Then evaluate a new goal. When you reach a weight that you like, and you feel good at then look into BMI etc. Remember, no-one is average and bone structure is never taken into consideration with these figures.
