  • I felt the same way when I decided I needed to lose weight. What I did was a half hour walk in the mornings, then throughout the day I did 10 stair runs (depending on house layout, I have a landing so I ran up to the landing and down and counted that as 1 ... Also didnt really "run" when I first started, lol), 10 leg lifts…
