  • Last week went really well. No alcohol during the week. Had some over the weekend and believe it, I gain 2 of my pounds back. 'Geesh! Got to cut back weekends too.

  • Just put "pita" and many come up. After that I clicked on generic, pita whole wheat and it comes up as 170 calories. There are many listed so look at your label product name. This database has a lot more in it than WW etools. I like this better.
