  • Good luck to you! If you want to add me a as a friend we could cheer each other on daily. I've done better since I've added friends because I'm motivated by them and I don't want to disappoint them.
  • I have been on here since December and I've lost 7 lbs. But I had only lost 1 lb. in December. I really started losing when I added some friends and didn't want to disappoint them. I've slipped the past couple of days, but been pretty good over all. If you want to add me as a friend we could cheer each other on.

  • Two hours of intense dancing this morning. My favorite, but now my back hurts just a little. Laundry, clean the kitchen, I'll vacuum soon. It's a pretty good day and not too stressful.

  • Add me. I'm 41, have 4 kids, one in college, and working part time for the Health Science Department at Weber State (Utah). I have added a few friends and it gives me motivation to do what I should. i don't want to disappoint them. And I love to encourage them, too.
  • Yes, it makes you want to scream. I used to be able to eat whatever and not exercise and be skinny. In my twenties the weight came off with a little exercise, no dieting. Now I have to always watch what I eat and exercise an hour a day and it's super hard. I can't imagine what it will be like in my 50's if this trend…
