I used to do the same thing to every pair of jeans I owned, yoga and walking long distances everyday were the only thing that helped.

i work nights and find its the best time to work out. A nice quiet walk or run out of the sun or i do 40 minuets if stress release yoga before bed almost every night

I am a huge girly girl with a love for fashion and personal expression thru clothing( not that you can tell with my profile pics), that being said the only thing that really drives me nuts is ill fitting clothing, did you really feel good about your self when you left the house in that too tight, binding clothing!

I am so with you on this! I have been craving a bagel for a week now, only one worse. I am dying for a salt bagel. There is no rhyme or reason to it. I just woke up one morning with it embedded in my head.

I just asked my sister to join and do this with me, having someone other than me holding me accountable for my actions and who offers judgment free encouragement is so helpful. Do you have any one you would feel comfortable doing that with?

Have you though about including her in your heath and weight loss journey? Maybe turning it in to a healthy competition between the two of you. Maybe make it something you can share and bond over.
