So here's my post on here for the day, I don't know what to do at the gym!! I am on an off day for Zombies! Run and am not sure if I still want to do cardio today or if i should do some weight training? Thoughts? Suggestions? If I did weight training the areas i'd like to work on are arms, chest, and back.. any good lifts…

Since so many people are interested and I'm sure not everyone is on everyone's friends list, should we all post starting weights on Thursday and updates throughout the month on here?? =)

I've started the Zombies! Run! 5k trainer, so i'm doing that 3 days a week with a little weight training in between.=) It's a start though, right?

I have actually been using it on the treadmill =) and i think it works just fine! I'm glad you got it and like it! I am definitely NOT a runner either haha
