It's a little of both. You need to find what works for you. I have the app on my phone so I log the food as I eat it if I cant get to a computer. I also plan ahead. Since I have a crazy schedule, I make my protein shake in the morning for breakfast and pack my lunch and snacks the night before. I hit the gym at 5:30 am so…
