That is not true and you should be ashamed spreading that kind of misinformation. You have no credibility thanks to this post.

Your body doesn't know what time it is, does it? Exactly.
-
That is a myth. Meal timing has no effect on weight loss or body composition. All that matters is that you meet your calorie/nutrient needs before bed time.

No thanks :/

If he truly wants to join the Navy, that should be enough motivation to lose the weight. If he can't be dedicated enough to lose weight for the navy, what makes you think he will survive there? He's doing great now, so let him keep going. He doesn't need to be dependent on a bunch of forum members to push him.

I lost 102 pounds.

Very first crap day? If it was, I don't think you would be overweight, now would you?
-
No, acne is not your body getting rid of the " bad stuff". Sorry.

The weightloss from the diet comes mostly from water weight. When you restrict carbs so much, you lose a ton of water weight sometimes up to 20 pounds depending how big you are. As soon as you incorporate more carbs into your diet again, you will gain it all back.
-
It's a fad diet and it won't last long. If you do manage to lose any real fat, you will more than likely gain it back shortly after.
-
Protein in red is a good thing. The amount of protein this site recommends is way too low anyway. Low protein diets will result in you looking like a stick after weightloss and lose a lot more muscle.

Yes.

You don't need support from anyone but yourself. Stop making pitiful excuses and just do what you have to do.
-
The body does not "feast" on muscle, you idiot.

Starvation mode is one of the most overhyped, misunderstood concepts in dieting history. You will be fine the way you have been dieting. That is just something fat greedy people use as an excuse to eat more.
-
Can stupid can people be?
-
Every food can be a 100 calorie food. It's called portion control.
-
You didn't lose 5 pounds of fat in a week. Don't worry about those old days. They don't exist.
-
.. eat more and stop overdoing it. you are slowing your metabolism effectively.
-
cardio, cardio, cardio will help this. even more than weight loss itself.
-
You need therapy.

The ignorance in these forums is AMAZING. how can a website about weight loss be so ignorant about weight loss?????
-
You don't have to eat all of your exercise calories. Especially at your weight, you can do without them, trust me. Those calorie calculations are inaccurate and OVERESTIMATE how much your burned. You're going to end up eating more than supposed to and never losing weight.
-
Stop trying to eat all of your exercise calories. Most of those calculations are inaccurate anyway.
-
Aim for 1gram of protein per pound of lean body mass or bodyweight, whichever you'd prefer.
-
As long as you stay in your calorie deficit, you will lose fat. Doesn't matter how much protein. Jwillie92=ignorant.

Don't listen to that nonsense. If you do long cardio first, your muscle workouts will suffer because you will have depleted your glycogen stores, which are important when lifting weights. Also, everything you burn from that will not be fat. Regardless, it doesn't matter if fat, or carbs are being used. What matters is the…

You can't lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. However, you can give the muscles you already have more definition by losing bodyfat. To gain muscle, you have to go over your calorie maintenance. Anabolic Mode. To lose fat, you have to go under your calorie maintenance. Catabolic Mode. You can't do both at the same…

Nothing anybody on this site says here will give you enough motivation to do it. Find a reason for yourself and stop feeling sorry about it. If you don't think it's important enough to do it, than just don't. Stay fat. Your health should be good enough reason.

How much more exercise? "Close" to your calorie goals? How close? Try not to listen to these people here too much they are pretty confused lol. You don't want to be on such a low calorie diet to start off with because in time, your metabolism adapts to your intake and your maintenance will become what you eat and you'll…
