Why don't you do some real research before posting?

It doesn't depend on the person. ANYONE can eat at night and not gain fat if they eat at a caloric deficit. It's just a dumb myth that ignorant people pass along. The reason you will weigh more temporarily in the morning is not because you gained fat..it's because wait... wait.... wait for it.... . YOU HAVE FOOD IN YOUR…

You will not get fat for eating at night. If you eat at night at a caloric deficit, you will lose weight the same.
-
"the side effects of a 1200 calorie diet" lol this just made my day. Some people have no business giving advice.
-
Yes, you're doing enough if you eat at a caloric deficit. Exercise is not even necessary to lose weight, given your calories are in the right place.
-
Cindyrn33, you are dead wrong if you think 113 fasting glucose is normal. Sorry to break it to you. That woman is pre diabetic.

If you are following what the cardio machine says you burned, then it is wrong. Studies have shown those machines greatly exaggerate calories burned and it will cause some of You to over eat thinking you're just eating exercise calories
-
I d say no because 99.9% of you over estimate the calories you burned in exercise.
-
Yes. The sweets cause a huge insulin response and kill your energy. After a while, you'll notice a big change
-
No, that is not how it works. I'm sure you people on here wish it worked that way. Regardless of the lies you believe, it takes weeks For your metabolism to slow due to restriction and even then, it slows by about only 10%. Even less. Especially if you're not doing exercise. Most people here do cardio but you aren't doing…

Hats off to you. That's how weight-loss is done.

It is better that you don't. People tend to overestimate the number of calories they burned. You probably burned 100 when think you burned 300 and you end up overeating. Unless you're in amazing shape and are able to exercise hard for a long period of time, you don't have to eat them and you almost always burned less…

stop the dumb fad diets and count your calories.

Show pictures or this post is useless.

I would have never imagined from the before picture that you were such an attractive girl. Wow, it never ceases to amaze me how being overweight can ruin potential. Great job,
-
You're beautiful.

There's nothing wrong with not eating all day and fulfilling calorie goals at night. That's called a controlled fast and is perfectly fine. It does not matter what time you eat. What matters is the amount of calories you get in before it's time to sleep. That is all.
-
would find all my resources to find you and take you to the bedroom for hours.
-
Your best bet is to admit you have an addiction and try to stop it. That way, you can forget wine and just be on your diet easier.
-
Eat it. You'll be perfectly fine.
-
Don't be so dumb. This site isn't even in the same ballpark as FB.

water weight.

Welcome, and good luck on your weight loss journey!
-
It's pretty simple. Just don't lose weight then. Stay how you are. You want people on this site to beg you to lose weight?
-
That's a good workout. Good luck. You will burn a ton of calories if you can keep up.
-
That's just an excuse lol. God intended you to be thick? You just need to learn to lose weight lol and let's see what god intended.

Yes, excess protein CAN be converted into fat. Learn your facts. But, as long as you're in the calorie range, you are fine. What do you think happens to the extra protein, you pee it out? -_- Any of the macronutrients, fat, carbs, and protein can be converted into storage (fat) in excess. I;m sick of the misinformed on…

You are exercising a lot and eating too little.

2 pounds a week of muscle is not possible. You need to either do more cardio, or eat less. Your metabolism has slowed as an adaptive response to eating in a deficit for so long. You can try a refeed day. Choose ONE day and eat a surplus of calories. Don't worry, it won't hurt you. It will help.
