  • Challenge #2 I chose the "Randonnee on Reunion" (5km outside) from Week 2 (Runion). I chose this one as I ran 5miles outside this morning, living in Florida, it is absolutely beautiful here right now.

  • Challenge #1 I chose the "Muay Thai Anyone?" kickboxing video from Week 4 (Thailand)! It's one of the video's that I really enjoyed, and also decided to challenge myself to continue with some of the videos as I would really prefer to do all of them as running/walking.

  • Challenge # 3 - Spice Dat Up Mon I chose Ginger as my spice. After my 60mi bike ride and then 5mi walk with hubby I took a nice long Epson soak. Was leaning toward a nice glass of wine but decided instead to try Ginger tea with a little lemongrass added. I have to say it was nice (I did add a little honey) and really…

  • I am still here  just out of town and unable to access the spreadsheet. Exercise minutes will be low for beginning of the week as I'm still fighting this sinus infection and my reaction to antibiotics. I'll have the minutes in though, mostly from this coming weekend. Will updated everything tonight or tomorrow, I…

  • Can some please enter 163 minutes for me today. I walked up and down my street to stay close to a bathroom  then did a short loop ride because doing nothing would have made me lose my mind, lol

  • @carinamenina Congrats on your half!!! I, on the other hand, had to pull out of the 100 mile bike ride today. :disappointed: Everything has been battling against me doing it but I was determined until about 4am, up running to and from the bathroom, and just worried that I'll end up passing out on the bike or something. I…

  • @MissionEnforcer Challenge #3 gave up chocolate for the week. I picked a bad week to try it but I managed to do it and resisted the chocolate chip cookie monster. Not sure weight wise but my pants are fitting better!

  • @MissionEnforcer CHALLENGE #1 - I CHOSE THE IDITAROD DARE. I ran/walked the 10.49 with my training partners/husband outside this week. It has been extremely warm here with temps in the 70's to upper 80's so was able to do it all outside.

  • Very glad I did all of those videos on Thursday, Friday was sent home from work with a temp and managed to sleep the evening and much of Saturday away!! No fever on Saturday though so back on track today and added in a few more minutes to max it out. May go out for a walk a little later but not certain. Hopefully it will…
  • Sorry Team :frowning: I've been MIA again this week as I was out of town visiting my father. I don't know why but the spreadsheets are giving me trouble on my phone when they never have before. I have been working on my minutes though AND since I had today off I got all of the videos done!! I have to say, I really did not…
  • 1. WHAT DID YOU TRY? Millet and Brown Rice Ramen noodles 2. TELL US ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE. I've liked Ramen but never eat it as it has way too much sodium, saw these in Costco and each cake has 8g of protein (I am trying to increase), takes approximate 3 minutes to make once water boils. They don't taste quite the same as…
  • Sorry team, I have been completely MIA this week but have still been getting my minutes in and on track for another 700. Completed all of the challenges as of today but have been working late every night at work and not able to get to the spreadsheet on my phone for some reason.
  • Well, I think I am going to have to swing by the grocery store tomorrow and find something in produce that I haven't yet tried. I am generally willing to try just about anything once but I have to say was really glad that it wasn't a true bug challenge--- no way, no how!!! Should be a good week but won't have a super busy…
  • @SmashleyM914 are you doing a monthly cleaning schedule that you found online? @carinamenina take time to heal before you get back running  Did the videos while active yesterday and today I did the first of the balance video. I actually like the balance video and think I'll incorporate it more into my routine as its…
  • This is the time of year that I can really appreciate living in Florida! 10mi run, 54mi bike and a 1.2mi swim and now I'm done. Hip is a little sore so will be light on minutes tomorrow, but next Sunday is another heavy training day:)
  • Have not been feeling well since my flight so no running or swimming yet this week. Luckily I have been able to work on videos and cycling and a few walks with the hubby, so minutes aren't too bad so far. Challenge #1 and #2 completed, and doing well toward #3 so far (easier this week as I really have no appetite).
  • @ddeliciosa I was in Houston for a conference Friday and Saturday (flew out Thursday night after work and flew back early Sunday). On a good note, Houston was great although I'm very glad the conference was this past weekend....they are really gearing up for the superbowl and I managed to learn a lot. Looking forward to…
  • Sorry to be MIA this week but I am back at it. Up at 4, flight got in a noon and then on the trainer for almost 3 hours, ugh...
  • I can't enter my minutes into the spreadsheet as I'm traveling but will get them in tomorrow afternoon. Done all of the challenges, 45 min spin Wed, 30 min Thursday, 75 min Friday.....
  • Hello everyone, just to keep up to date. I have finished the oranges and have been working on the videos. Forgot how much I like oranges so will be adding them in to my fruit line-up  I am out of town until Sunday so not sure if I will be able to log a whole lot coming before sunday afternoon. Again, my minutes will…
  • Challenge #1 1- Jarnine 2- Favorite exercise - running (outside) 3 - SouthWest, FL (between Naples and Ft Myers 4 - Hot and Humid summers during which I have to make sure to do my running before sunrise (also due to the fact that we usually have our rainstorms in the afternoon and early evening) and warm and slightly less…
  • Hello everyone!! Looking forward to getting back into the race and hoping to jump start my weight loss. 1. I live in SouthWest Florida where I am lucky to be able to run and bike outdoors year-round, I feel your pain @SmashleyM914 as I cannot stand having to get on the treadmill. 2. I started MFP about 3 years ago and lost…
  • Mckeon11 asked me to post her minutes for her for Friday through today as she is out of town and no access to computer. :)
  • Challenge #2 I chose Hiking the NaPali trail, was supposed to have a half marathon today but as I came down with a fever friday night and had to leave work early Saturday due to fever there was absolutely no way I could run today, did a very slow 5 mile walk instead. Thankfully, got the abs done throughout the week!
  • @carinamenina make sure you take the time to let yourself heal, be patient with your body!! Ok, my list of 8 choices and 1 new: 1. Make sure that I get my 80 ounces of water (at least) in EVERY day. 2. Eat some sort of breakfast every day, even if I am in a hurry and don't want to. 3. Park in the "far" lot at work so I can…
  • Good evening team! I am working out this Weekl, I promise, I just haven't had the time to get it on the spreadsheet. 200 stairs yesterday, 420 today and planning to get them done tomorrow.
