  • I bought a set of K2's in July. Been out 10-15 times. Love it when its a wide flat path. Hills give quite a workout too. I average about a mile and half each time i go. Neat little app for your phone to track by GPS is called Endomondo. Works on iPhone, Android, and maybe BB. It tracks you by walking, running, biking,…
  • I turned 27 in March and want to lose 65 lbs. I lost 5 at one time but i seemed to gain it back + 5. What gives. Grr... I hate dieting. But I like to fit in my nice summer clothing.
  • Fitness Evolved kicked my butt! I did a 13 min personal trainer session called Nice and Easy. Needless to say it should have been called pain and agony. I bought the game on Thurs. and now it's Sunday evening and i'm still sore. LOL! Good game though, it definitely makes you to work the area's of your body that I seldom…

  • I've been playing the Rallyball on Kinect Adventures and played two games at the intermediate level before work. It got my heart rate goin. If you try at that game it can kick you butt too.
  • In reply to the Dance Central question. The wife is awesome at it! I'm not so good, but I can do it. It's a fun game but i enjoy the Kinect Adventures more. Also I might have to get a heart rate monitor. All I can say is for that 2 hours of playing it's now Sunday and I'm still sore lol.
  • I just joined two and I find it quite easy to keep track. Plus you can always add it later as you think of it and the phone apps are free and are really easy to use. With the Therapist thing don't fret. My wife goes to see her's once a week or every other week. She has Celiac Disease (Allergic to Gluten), been battling…
