Started at 270 here and down to 217ish. You can do it! You just gotta believe and work hard to achieve it! Working out daily at least 30 minutes and eating right is really what helped me! I did 3 days of it when I was over 250lbs. OMG it's a killer! I'm about 218 now and I still never want to do it again! Although I might have to resort to it if the weather doesn't cooperate with my outside workouts of cycling, rollerblading, running, walking, ect...

I've wondered this myself. It would be nice to have a HRM. For the record I lose more when i don't eat my exercise calories. You want to be at a deficit thats why you exercise when you're trying to lose. Eat your goal and that's it. But everyone's has their methods that work best for them.

That tracker is about 10lbs light. I've actually lost about 57lbs. When i started this site I was 258-260 then i lost some quit and gained upto 270. That's when i made the lifestyle change.

I've lost 50+ ( My tracker below lies) and haven't been to a gym yet. I watch what i eat and exercise. I found that I love rollerblading! I do about 5 miles 5 times a week. Sometimes i jog or run. I've also got a Fitbit. Handy pricey little thing but i love it!

I average 5-6 hrs of sleep during my work week and I mostly work out the first few days of the work week then my days off. The last 2 days of my week i'm just drained. I work 4 10''s but have to be at work for 10.5 hours due to working on an Indian Reservation Casino. I also have to drive about an hour round trip.

Getting into clothing that I haven't worn in close to 10 years is what's keeping me going. Also the comments I've been getting from family members and my wife grabbing my *kitten* occasionally calling me skinny butt. I still got a ways to go though to be where i feel comfortable in my own skin again.

Some lady's and gals my ageish call me sweetie here at work. The old lady's don't bother me but the gal my ageish is married and kinda makes me wonder. It kinda makes me feel uncomfortable.
