I love it. I took a good spill last week though and I went again today. I coudln't get to going as well as I was but a guys gotta recover right? My dog loves going when i take him. He's a Jack Russell so the faster I go the better until he tuckers out.

I got a pair of K2 rollerblades last year off of eBay for 50bux. They retailed at over 200.00. I got them and they look brand new. Some guy just used them maybe 5 times and never used them again. I love mine! I have probably 40miles on them so far.

The station i really like on Pandora is called Black Stone Cherry Radio. It really gives me the upbeat music i need to power through my workouts when i'm outside walking, jogging, or rollerblading.

I gave mine a good swearing yesterday! It showed i lost 0.4lbs then went up a lb while standing on it. I went and worked out and lost 0.2lbs. It' gonna be saying don't throw me away if it doesn't start acting better.

I've been using Endomondo for quite awhile now. I like it alot. The pro version shows a few more things than the free version. I got it on sale for .49 so i figured why not try it out. I've never been much for running but i do it in spurts on my exercise outside and I enjoy it. I've even been looking at buying some new running shoes.

You might be in starvation mode. What settings do you have it set to? 3lbs in 40 days isn't terrible though. Weight loss takes time.

Tell your husband to get bent. It's a lifestyle change, if your not obsessed / serious about it you'll fall off the wagon. My wife thinks i'm obsessed as well, I weigh myself too much, blah blah blah. I just ignore it. I'm in it to win it!

I just got my FITBIT today. It seems like a legit device. I really like the website. I haven't got to try the sleep tracker yet. I work nights and have odd sleep patterns. I liked that feature to see and help me with my sleep.

I tried 30DS for 2 days and gave up. That lady made me hurt in areas i've never hurt before. Although her partners were quite nice to look at.

1740cals Set at Sedentary - I work nights at a local Casino doing IT Support 4 days a week. (Yay Desk Job) Set at 1-2 20 min workouts. Set to lose 1.5lbs a week. I just had some trial samples of the OxyElite Pro. I haven't decided if I want to buy them or not. I took the regular dose today and wasn't feeling the best after my workout.

Update just lost another lb today. I'm down 37lbs! Woot. My tracker is off by 10lbs.

It's really made me shed the weight. I started it last Thursday as a trial and I have already lost 2lbs in 5 days.

Me either honestly. I took Hydroxycut Hardcore in 2007 and it made me feel high and i gained it all back. I'm just taking GNC Mega Mens vitamins currently and trying out the thermogenic pills. They don't make me feel funny. The thermogenic is just a metabolism booster / fat burner.

Thanks! I plateu'd this past month and it was really discouraging. I started exercising more now that it's nice and I just bought a Fitbit. I also just started trying out a Thermogenic called Oxyelite Pro. I'm not crazy on the pills and such but i've lost 1.5 lbs over the weekend so it seems to be working.

Isn't 158 healthy for 5'8" ? I'm 5'8 and i'm 232. I started at 268. I'd love to be where your at :p Just limit yourself, and log log log. When you get in the mindset that oh... i better not eat that that things loaded with salt or cals it helps.
