Eat more? Eating clean and making sure you're getting enough calories can be difficult, if I'm low I just bump up the portion size or eat again.

Here in Texas there are mobile shot clinics in front of HEB (a grocery store) they provide vaccinations and medications at ridiculously discounted prices.

Keep in mind this isn't something you can do until your happy then stop. If you want to keep the results then the change has to be permanent.

I had the same issue trying to go from 160 to 185. Eating clean and consuming enough calories can be difficult. I started eating my eggs whole instead of just whites. Increased my portions a little at each meal and threw in some more fat to get there.

Consuming 1200 calories and exercising will initially produce a quick and sometimes drastic loss in weight. After that the body will stall out. If you are exercising going over the MFP 'limit' is not a bad thing. You have to get calories from somewhere to fuel your body better it come from protein.

Not rude at all. I accept any and all clothes people give to me. I never know when someone will need a change of clothes when they are at my place. Plus whenever disasters happen I always have a surplus of clothes I can donate.

The fact that you can walk into any of those stores and not pass out from lack of oxygen with all the perfume and cologne in the air is impressive to start. Agree. Protein and a source of simple carbs within 30-45 min of finishing your workout. Your body is 'primed' for nutrients. Protein to help build your muscle and carbs to replace muscle glycogen stores.
