Same here! you are active unless you're laying on the couch or in bed all day long; every little bit counts but I also don't follow an exercise regimen and am losing weight. Eat clean as you can and the weight will continue to come off. Quitting altogether shouldn't be an option; you may end up needing to lose even more…

Cycle started yesterday and of course I wouldnt dare weigh myself during the time of the month; it defeats the purpose because of the bloating. Not to mention I eat more during this time but I make sure to drink tons of water; I have noticed I lose a lb or 2 after my period.

fasting during the day has helped me with this issue.....my eating window is now from 3:30-7 or 8 so now I no longer have that issue. Been doing this for 3 weeks now and it works FOR ME! I will have a snack during the day if I want.

The whole starvation mode thing bothers me.....correct me if I"m wrong, but the whole notion of starvation mode is if an individual consumes too few calories their body will go in starvation mode, hold on to fat, causing weightloss to cease. I won't delete because I understand people have their own life to live....I can't dictate what ppl eat, if they're under calories, etc. You never know a person's situation so I am a "friends" with someone I only expect him or her to do their best at being healthy whether he or she logs in or not.
