Actually there is a benefit from a weight loss perspective. Some of us have to eat 5+ meals per day to keep the metabolism at a level that allows weight loss. If you don't need to eat until after noon, then that's fine with me, but that is not recommended.

One thing that sucks my battery is when I hit a dead zone, and it's having to search for a signal. Even just being gone for 45 minutes and being in a dead zone for about 3-5 minutes ate 75% of my battery one day. Sucked!

Wow, just how long are you running for? I go for 45-60 minutes and still have nearly a full charge on my iPhone. I only listen to music, and it's usually through Pandora.

I see that you now have your diary open, and yeah you definitely aren't eating enough or the right things. Your body needs a lot more fuel to burn fat. You are drinking far too much soda and not selecting the right items to eat.

I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism when I was 15. I'm now 36. I take 225mcg of Synthroid daily. They don't even make a dosage that high, so I have to take 2 112mcg pills to get to the level I need.
