I would say that you are weighing yourself too often. Why dont you try once a week and then you might be more likely to see the results that you are hoping for.

Personally I think that the gym would be a better option. Realistically when you think about it, how many people have so much exercise stuff in the house that they dont use whereas if you go to the gym then it is all there for you. Food is fuel I also like what one of my spinning instructors said during a class and remind myself of it when I am at the gym - nobody said it was going to be easy

I ihe fast pace of dance music in the gym to help keep me going :)

I reward myself after each gym session by going to the jacuzzi afterwards - feels lovely and relaxing.

Your weight loss is great! I seem to be loosing 1lb a week no matter how much exerc ise I do. Please ignore my ignorance but how does diet coke affect your weight loss? I drink it to help get myself through nightshift.
