great job! last year I started my 5k journey and did really good but have only done one this year. I would like to start again, I slowly starting to pick up running again. Took me 30mins to do 2.5 miles yesterday, where it use to take 30mins to do 3 miles.

For starters I just ate baby carrots without dressing or dips...never was able to do that before.

You know it funny how counting calroies is not hard at all but the fact that we are too lazy to keep track of them is the main excuse as to why we don't do it. I know for me laziness is the cause of all the pain. Planning what your are going to eat 2 out of 3 meals also helps too, it gives you a picture of what your day…

yea...everyone is different. Only time I ever lost weight was when I held myself accountable for what I was eating and working out. Now I know for sure that for myself that is the only way for me to get where I want to be! I miss the person I use to be when I couldn't wait to go to the gym...but I think she's coming back…
