I do pilates a lot, and I put down 150 cal. burned for 20 minutes. There's a website called calorielab.com that you can look exercises up on. Calories burned also depends on how much you weigh.

Well, I only lost one pound this week! I goofed up though, and forgot to weigh before I ate breakfast, I weighed anyway, and it showed 1 pound lost. I'm going to weigh again tomorrow morning BEFORE I eat, and see then. Last week: 183 This week: 182

I have heard of agave nectar, but I don't know much about it. Is it a natural sweetener or artificial? Where can you find it? I can only drink tea, and I can't do artificial sweeteners, so I'm very interested in agave nectar!

Does anyone else find it hard to figure out how many calories they burn during a specific exercise? OK, let's say you are allowed to eat 1500 calories per day. You do an exercise that burns 200 calories. The program then tells you that you have earned 200 more calories by exercise, so now you can eat 1700 calories that day..... My questions are this: 1. I have always heard you should stop eating at least 2 hours before bed. Is that true you think? I spent over a year not eating ANYTHING after 7:30 pm, and didn't lose anything!
