  • I have a friend who belongs to a gym. She goes to all those classes, body pump, aerobics, you name it...   • I have found doing yoga almost daily has lowered my stress level. I don't get into all the meditation parts of yoga, but doing the deep stretching and the relaxation techniques has really helped!
  • Maybe some yoga? I do yoga and you can go into the poses as much or as little as you can. It may help to loosen your shoulder up? Also, you could walk on the treadmill, you don't have to use your shoulder at all for that.
