5'4, Goal weight 55 kg. I think I'd be okay even with 60, sometimes I look at my sister (she's 5'5, but still), she's 65 and I still think she's a beautiful body, so I don't know yet. I just like my thighs to be around 50cm.

Go see a doctor and have blood tests. The same thing happened to me (I gained 40 pounds!) and my doctor says that I may have a problem with my thyroid. I'm gonna have blood tests asap :)

I'm trying to eat all my calories, but sometimes when I try to eat all of them I end up eating unhealthy food, so usually I don't eat all of them. My bmr is very low, so I'm not worried about that.

I have been on this plateau for almost a month now. I eat about 1000 calories everyday and I'm doing the 30day shred everyday. For 10 days I've eaten more (not counting calories) cause I was on holiday, and I didn't actually workout those days. I't been 5 days since I came back but my weight is always the same D: D:
