I take a stir fry with brown rice & lean chicken for lunch a lot, with a green tea on the side :) or some low sodium soup with steamed veggies (I have a steamer I carry with me at all when I'm at school, it's fantastic) & rice cakes :)

When I go to the gym, I normally wear longer spandex shorts or yoga pants, a tight tank top with an extremely loose one over top and my hair in a bun that looks nice. I don't really expose my skin but I still have guys gawking over me when I'm on the treadmill. I sometimes will give dirty looks but I don't like guys…

To be honest, I would get the shot. I tried the pill, and found myself occasionally forgetting it. I have a couple of friends and my sister use the shot and it' much more convenient because you only have to get it every three months!
