I just restarted (my third time). I did Burn 2 for the first time in forever and my legs are going to be killing me tomorrow!

I love Push because it's heavier weights, lower reps and only working on part of your body. However, I don't feel like I have heavy enough weights for the lower body exercises to really good a good sweat going in Push. I always add some cardio to my Push workouts so I actually feel like I worked hard that day.

Everyone is different. I try to keep up with whatever Janelle is using. My dumbells only go up to 15s, but I could do 25 to 30 on squats if I had them.

Your guns are lookin' good! :)
-
I've done the program 2 times. I'm restarting again tomorrow with Burn.

I didn't do Shakeology. I didn't do anything special, really. I just stayed under my calorie total for the day. I started losing before I restarted CLX. I lost about 12 lbs doing the program, but I gained lots of muscle too.

Probably Donna. She's annoying as hell.
-
I think the chair exercises are very awkward and kinda hurts my back sometimes.
-
Hehe. :)
-
Hahahahahahahaha!
-
It was a....um.... Facebook thing. Yeah.
-
Won't his tail get in the way?
-
Really? That's so weird! Does your cat even have workout clothes?
-
I skip the burpees too. I can just imagine my knee going out right in the middle of it, so I just jog or something.
-
Yes, I use it with ChaLean Extreme. Works great.
-
I've lost 30 lbs since last summer. It would've been more, but I love bad food too much.
-
Poor Donna. :) I just did Push 3 and I think she's the most annoying in this one - crazy eyes, can't stop talking, etc. But at least she's not making orgasmic noises like she does in a couple of them.

You can rearrange the schedule and just do the cardio on the weekend. I always keep the hardest workout for Saturday because I have the most time then, usually.
-
It was tough for me when I first started too. Now it's tough, but manageable. I love Lean. :)
-
And I couldn't do it today. *sigh*
-
I do one of the DVDs which has a boosted walk at the end of every mile (the one with the lady who lost over 100 lbs). Calorie burn is different for everyone. Like I said, I burn about 200 calories a mile.
-
I think calorie burn has more to do with weight than age.
-
Before I got my HRM, I would log it as low impact aerobics because that's what it is. It's not really "walking" per se. I would recommend getting a Heart Rate Monitor so that you'll know for sure how much you're burning.
-
I was scared of Lean at first, but now I love it.
-
I'm looking forward to not burning as much (aka.... getting lighter). :)
-
I felt the same way when I started Lean. It was like it was filmed as an afterthought or something.
-
Yeah, I notice that Skip weenies out on some of the exercises.
-
I realized today what bothers me most about Donna - she has crazy eyes.
-
Hmmmm.....

There are more??
