You're right! I'm in the middle of week 5 and I've lost 3 more lbs already!

I don't like the Tone and Sculpt ones either with Turbo Fire. I'm replacing them with Push circuits in ChaLean Extreme. Maybe this month will be different since it's all Fire and strength training.

I usually eat 1400-1800 calories a day. I started out at the higher end of calories and then cut back when I wasn't seeing any results.

Well, I just finished my last workout in Week 4. Tomorrow morning I'll take measurements.

I did Fire 45 this morning. My legs and arms felt heavy and tired, but I did it anyway. I might switch up to working out in the afternoon since I seem to have more energy then.

I did Fire 55 EZ again tonight and it's getting easier. The first time I did it, I got through a little over half. I just couldn't catch my breath at all. Now I'm flying through it. Love it. I feel like my endurance has really increased. I'm not as out of breath with any workout now like I used to be.

I'm having the opposite problem. I'm losing inches, but my weight hasn't changed. This week was that time of the month, so that might have had something to do with it. We'll see at the end of next week (end of Week 4 of TF).

My Fire 45EZ DVD skipped. I don't know if it was the skipping or what, but I didn't really like that one too much. The regular 45 is good. I'm going to do that one tomorrow.

I hadn't seen my 5 year old niece in awhile. I was playing a game with her and out of the blue she said, "You used to be thin and now you're REALLY fat! LOL!" It was like she socked me in the stomach. :(

HIIT 15 + Sculpt 30 this morning. Phew. The HIIT was super hard because I've been having issues with crap in the throat (I know....ew). I had to pause it a few times to catch my breath.

I'm the same as blue. Calorie burns are drastically different from person to person. You need an HRM to get an accurate count.

Wow. I did Fire30 yesterday and my HRM said I burned 618 calories. But.... I'm fat too. :)

If you want to keep going with Chalene --- CLX/Turbo Fire hybrid. There's a schedule for it online somewhere at it comes with the Turbo Fire program too.

I'm wondering if my shoes are a 1/2 size too big. When I'm doing TF, my feet move around and my toes press into the front of my shoe. Not very comfy.

I did my first HIIT15 today and my face was SO RED at the end. I don't know how Chalene and the others do it and make it look so darn easy!

I did the New to Class for my first day (Fire30). I don't think I'll have to use the New to Class again. I picked it up pretty quickly. But wow..... sweating like crazy.

I'm new too. I just started watching Fire30 and I'm completely intimidated already. It's so friggin' fast! I'm going to watch the New to Class now. I'll start tomorrow.

I like what she says about pushups -- "If you don't like pushups, it's because you don't do them." I want to believe that I'll get better at them, but I'm still on my knees all the time. *sigh*
