You can't really target any area for weight loss. Eat healthy and move your body. Squats and lunges will help tone up the muscles in the thighs as you lose the weight! I started June 29th with MFP and I've lost 2 inches on my thighs and 3 inches on my hips so far. It can be done!

I'm starting Week 3 (Burn) today and I've already noticed that it isn't so hard to do lunges and pushups anymore.

I just did 3 miles from Leslie's 5-Day Slim down DVD. I like this one too! I did the leg mile, the tummy mile and the speed mile. LOVED the speed mile.

KILLER I have to do pretty much everything low impact with the Burn Intervals. Thank God for Laylee (or however she spells her name).

The Burn Intervals KILL me. I have to do many of them low impact because my body just won't let me do it the way she does it.

Almost 3 months, actually. :) I do SOMETHING everyday. I was doing Leslie DVDs at least 5 days a week and taking a regular walk or using my dumbells the other days. Now I've started ChaLean Extreme again. I do that 5 days a week and Leslie the other two days. Actually somedays with the ChaLean workout, I feel like I can do…

Yep. I've lost 19 lbs since June 29th and most of my workouts have been Leslie Sansone. I usually do 2-4 "miles" to get a good, sweaty workout. My favorite one is the DVD (the newest, I think) where you can select which workouts you want to play back to back. They're color-coded workouts. Blue is the best. :)

I started last Sunday. I bought it about 3 years ago, followed it for maybe a month and then got lazy. I'm gonna finish it this time!

Okay, I just finished the first session (Burn Circuit 1). My question is.... how do I record that as exercise? Strength training for 37 minutes?

I'm with ya. I've lost 11 lbs in a month just by eating my calorie goal and doing a couple miles of Leslie's 5- mile Walk.

I want to lose about 50 lbs. That will get me back to my end-of-college weight. Then maybe I'll shoot for 20 more pounds off.

I'm just following the calorie limit and walking or doing aerobics almost everyday. I do drink a lot, so maybe that's it. I honestly don't know how it's coming off so quickly, but I'm not complaining!
