I thought the same thing about 4x a week. I think I would probably do it 3x a week--Mon, Wed., Fri, or Tues Thurs Sat. Also, I doubt I would do the squats since I do have knee/hip problems. Thanks for the insight!! Appreciate all the help!

I also have knee (and I'm sure you know, hip problems!) Thanks so much for this insight!!!!!!!! :flowerforyou:

o ok, Well, I would recommend looking up "general" items in the database and using them, orrrrr you could call ahead and ask them if they have a nutritional guide available online or that you could pickup.

Thanks guys! Can anyone tell me what they think of this program-- http://www.simplyshredded.com/the-ultimate-female-training-guide.html Ladies--are there any particular programs you have had success on?

Go to "Apps" at the top, and on the right hand side you will see "calculate nutrition facts." DONE! I love this tool! You can also go under "food" and create a recipe!

No worries, I asked my dietician about this and he said that the only sugar you have to worry about is added sugar like high fructose corn syrup. Obviously fruit doesn't have any of this. He said the only time you would have to worry about the sugar content of fruit is if you are already diabetic or prediabetic. Eat away!

Well, we went to my hubby's side of the family for T-day, and in true French style we played spoons. It tends to get pretty vicious, and my husband flung all the spoons down the table away from me, and I basically did a belly flop and broke the table LOL Embarassing, but at least I'm still the thinnest one out of his side…

I asked my dietician about what I should do when I'm sick. This is what he said-- Most definitely DO NOT exercise. Drink as much water as you can handle. Eat as many fruits and veggies as possible (they have antioxidants). And don't worry about limiting calorie intake since you will need the extra calories to fight the…

That was kinda my feeling toward it, and I wanted to see if everyone else experienced the same thing.... BTW I eat plenty of fiber and I eat yogurt about every other day (probiotics).

Honestly, nothing. For the amount of confidence being thin gives me, I would rather skip the brownie (and sweets were my vice!). It's also nice looking in the mirror or getting on the scale and not hating yourself!

WOW!

1. Fiber is what keeps you full. 2. You can eat all the raw veggies you want since they are so calorically low, your body actually burns calories consuming them 3. You don't really have to worry about sodium or sugar intake as long as you have clean blood work (according to my dietician). You should just know that eating…

My strategy is to scope out the items that I want a few days in advance. Most stores like Walmart rearrange their stores for Black Friday a few days in advance. I go a few days before and check out where the items I want will be, so that on the day of, I can grab my items quickly and get out. Works every time.
