Thank you! I do have some of the 90 calorie fiber one chocolate chip brownies in my desk at work, but my issue is that I eat those, and am still hungry....I think the best thing for me might be to try veggies and I read someone likes to put hummus on their veggies.

What is your take on salted nuts? Do you just not worry about the salt or do you drink lots of water to try and make up for it?

Hmmmm.... cottage cheese... I don't think I ever really gave it a chance...was on a diet once when I was younger that forced me to eat it. Do you eat it cold or warmed up?

I'm sure that is frustrating! Are you drinking just as much diet soda as you did regular soda? If so, you could be retaining water due to the high amounts of sodium in diet soda. Hope this helps! Feel free to add me :-)

No. I was feeling a cold coming on (that my husband gave me!) and I didn't go to the gym. I took the opportunity to stay home and rest and eat/drink as much as I could. And guess what? I agree with you, to a certain extent. No, I never made excuses for myself about not loosing weight. I knew that I just needed to finally commit to it and make lifestyle changes.

It doesn't make sense to me to to weigh myself at the end of the day because that number can vary so much just due to the amount of water you have drank. When I was in basic combat training, they use to force us to eat the bananas....now I know why--leg cramps. It really is the only thing that I have found that stops them! I know, I know, I hate eating bananas too, but it's the only thing that really works!

They make little plastic pieces that you put on your ring if it is too big so it won't fall off....my father-in-law has one for his ring after he lost a bunch of weight....

I do wish all the sized would be the same at every restaurant, but I don't think that the government should make food decisions for you. New York is heading in a very very bad direction as far as our personal liberties are concerned. However, I don't think the clothing sizes should lie....

I am also the same way--I would tell myself that my diet will start Monday, and Monday comes, and I say, well, I guess it will start next Monday since I am going out with my husband for out date night (or whatever it was at that time).....And I never did start eating right and putting myself first!…

Plan your meals out and shop for them ahead of time so that you have plenty of good food ready and you already know what you will be eating so this type of thing doesn't happen. I have the same problem, and that's what I do to avoid eating "whatever"
