Take a look, I dont really log it all on the weekends though.

Take a resting day, or spend your lifting day, working on form. If you train with a trainer, use that time to have her/him give you tips about your technique. work with a PVC or empty barbell and the same capacity you would work with the loaded barbell. Active recovery..

Eat larger during the day and smaller at night.

I use a 6packfitness bag. I pack my meals, it does not solve the problem, but I agree, I went from outside sales walking around and running to sitting at a desk. huuungryy

Honestly, I make soups, and stews, peppersteak, crockpot meals. But I sit at a desk, and when the day starts slowing down, the food that I packed is just not enough.

I ran a full last year. Focusing on strength now. I found that the recovery on marathons is the hardest part. It was 6 weeks before I was back to my baseline.

4-6 days a week, depending on commitments, at least 4! Most weeks 5. Occasionally I will kill it with a 6 day workout week!
