Just take baby steps and when you reach your first goal then set another small goal and do that one, for instance I set 5 lb. goals everytime I lost the first five lbs. then I set another 5 lb. goal and stuck to it now after 7 months I am almost to my goal weight and have to do a maintance program so I don't gain it back.…

The way I did it was just set very small goals for myself like five lbs at a time then when I met that goal I set another five pound goal but I did not find out about this site until I lost most of my weight but I still have a few lbs. to go then maintaine which has always been the hardest part for me.
