  • I'm no expert but if you lost 35 lbs in 2 months that's too fast 1 to 2 lbs I read is a healthy goal. And your tall too so I would bet You may not need to loose any more. There's weight height charts online or ask your Dr. What's a healthy weight? Hope this helps your main goal should be healthy.
  • I'm in same boat, l lost down to my goal but gained 20 lbs back I don't want to keep gaining maybe we can motivate each other.
  • wow great job, keep up the good work.
  • I have read online that the same volume in muscle weighs more that the same volume of fat so go by how your clothes fit on you not the scale, You should do the research but I hope this helps. What I did was replace my evening meal with a green smoothie with fruit and flax seed in it mixed in almond milk or cocanut milk or…
  • I could not agree more. What we eat can effect us more than we know. I myself do research on most all foods and any supplements as well.
  • I have done a lot of research on just that kind of diet and when I replaced processed foods, and dairy with clean foods for the most part not 100 percent and not sure if I will ever get there I was able to reach my goal faster I feel better and have much more staminia now. It is worth educating yourself on clean eating and…
  • Well I could be wrong but I am thinking she (the thin one), may be deep down does not want her friend to loose weight because right now she gets most of the positive attention from other's but if her friend looses weight they may get equal positive attention and it could even take the focus off of her. Also may be it makes…
  • some veggies are stachy like peas, corn, dried beans, potatoes, and onions not sure if this would make your head hurt or not you can do the elemination test on these too, I think cauliflour is also. I eleminated 85 percent of dairy and also gluten out of my diet and this heled me tremendously to finish loosing the weight I…
  • Down almost 80 lbs. did weigh in at a little over 200 down to 125 now, I do crunches, planks and an inexpensive stair stepper which does cardio but running in place can do the same thing. I also do leg lifts I find a lot of good exercises online and on you tube. I work so don't have a lot of time for exercise any way. Hope…
  • Stevia definatly, I have been using it for over a year now and have gotten to my goal weight it is natural not a lot of chemicals,,,,,
  • After I gave up dairy and replace it with cocanut, almond milk I lost a lot more weight and I also feel dairy is not really good for you after all the research I have done on the internet but thats my personal opinion it is worth checking into thanks for posting this it is important we all take our health into our own…
  • sounds like a plan I set short term goals and every time I reached it I set another and another until I finally got to my goal weight, if I can do it at my age you can do it at yours it is better to do it when young any ways.. Best Wishes.

  • I am happy for you keep up the good work and never give up,
  • What helped me is making a journal and writting down all my long time and short time goals I too am afraid of change but was tired of not doing any thing about my health I am so glad I took that first step and a year later I am at my goal weight. So Start a journal and write down your feelings your short term goals and…
  • This sounds like my story too, about a month ago I hit my goal now I am maintaining my weight loss, I was borderline diabetic but my sugars have gone down since I lost over 70 lbs now. I started the end of November in 2011 and hit my goal in Nov. 2012, so it took a while but well worth it. I weigh less then when i got…

  • Well, I have read that muscle weighs more than fat so you may have more muscle, I also read to go by measurments and the way your clothes fit also, if your clothes are getting bigger on you than you are still loosing, you also may be at a plateu. I went through that for a time myself but I stuck with it and started loosing…
  • Weight fluctuates from day to day don't stress about it like yesterday I was 129 in the A:M: and in the P:M: I weighed again and I was 132 lbs. I kept on my plan and this morning I was back down to 129. It could be water weight too. just stick with the program and you will start going down and staying down. Don't get…

  • I have noticed that different brands of clothes size different, in some brands I actually can wear a size 6/7, and in other's a size 8 or 10, I find that very confusing when going shopping for clothes. I am 5 ft one inch tall myself, don't give up or get discouraged. Hope this helps.
  • good for you keep eating healthy and live a long strong life, my health problems were bad too and my Dr. told me the same thing, now that I have lost my weight I feel better and more healthy and my colesterol, high blood sugar is normal. We just needed motivation. And I wanted to see my Grandbabies Grow up.
  • well for me it is the same way so I have to plan ahead, that means I have to take healthy snacks to work and keep them with me or in my car, I found some good clean recipes on youtube one was chick peas, draining them and then seasoning them and baking them until they are crisp kinda like corn nuts, you can go on the…
