I believe strawberries and watermelon are low glycemic fruits so they would be fine to eat at night for a snack, I make fruit smoothies for my snack in the evenings and have no problems loosing my weight, look up more low glycemic foods on the internet to help with this problem. best wishes

For me it has been ten lbs. I started at 18's lost seventy lbs. down ten sizes in a size 8 now. I was reading on the living strong site egg yolks have a lot of colesterol almost 200 in a large yolk, however if you don't eat sasuage or becon with the egg it should be okay. I use stevia and it is the best I have found do some research on the internet you will be surprised how different it is from the other sweetners.

I have lost 65 so far the most problem is for me is my arms the back part so I have been doing bicep and tricep exercises with weights and for my abs I do crunches, and planks and that seems to help tighten it up and I am 55 so my skin it a little harder to get back to what is use to be. I don't eat back my calories either and I lost weight faster but not too fast, so that is a good thing. It also depends on your activity level for that day depending if you exercising every day or just three days a week, best wishes.

That's what I get now, they tell me I am getting too little even though I still need to loose at least ten more pounds to be at a healthy weight. What's up with that? Or, that I am starting to look too old. May be in their own way they are trying to be nice.

I agree it depends on the Brand the way it is made and many other factors, different brnds size differently, so confusing when you buy clothers in Levi Brand I wear 12 but other Brands 8 and 10's in Pants, Shirts same way s, m and Lg depending on Brand and cut. Go Figure
