our ymca had a treadclimber (it is gone now) but i loved it. it was such an efficient calorie burning workout. for 30 min walking at 3.7 mph i could burn about 450 calories! i hate that it is not there anymore,

I am going to sign up for my 1st 5k on March 12th. Probably in the future, (very far away future) I will work towards completing a 10k. Keep up the good work MFP family!!
