@mellynat Your weight gain pattern and goal sounds similar to mine. You can do it. I started pilling on the weight around 33 weeks though. ( Most of that being my own poor choices.) At this point I am 37 weeks and I have gained 31.5lbs. I didnt gain from last week and I am hoping to maintain until delivery.

i love your profile pic but you need to post a picture of your baby belly! i think the "soccer ball" look is so cute :)

i lost a little/ maintained during the first 6 to 7 weeks. i had gained a few lbs by my 9 wk appointment.

i only had an appetite for one thing at a time. like somedays all i felt like eating was bread or nothing but fruit. i also could not seem to drink water (normally i guzzle it). so i drank low cal gatorade. on the days i did not feel like really eating i just stuck to bland easy to digest things - like the other girls…

"Hello ladies, I am on the home-stretch at 36 weeks. Agree with all that weight gain is not linear. Have spurts that are better and worse. With both this pregnancy, and my last, I packed on the most weight during month 5 (6-7 lbs) because I was so darn hungry. I am starting to slow things down now. I also realize how close…

I thought of another peeve! Sippy cups - the disappearing of them to be specific!!! Dang things are $8 plus tax for 2 of the kind that I like (and you know I am not going to stand for a leaky half *ss sippy cup so I am going to fork out the eight bucks). But they keep disappearing (not on my watch- its my husband and MIL)…

Hi. This is my 3rd preg and the 3rd time i have had GD. the guidlines given to me were along the lines of this: 15-30 g (carbs) @breakfast 15g snack 45-60g lunch 15g snack 45-60g dinner. 15 g snack i went 2 a class. they instructed us to count milk and yogurt as a carb not a protein. fruit was not unlimited. it was allowed…

Hang in there! I think my fatigue peaked right around 9 wks and then started getting less frequent around 13. I ended up taking 3 weeks off from my normal fitness routine and just walked a few times a week during that time. The fatigue is back now at 33 weeks tho :(

sounds like if you read up or attend a class for anger management you should pass it on to her
-
i have noticed that my fuse is terribly short too. i noticed it in my last pregnancy too. i did buy and read an anger management book just a few weeks ago! :flowerforyou: it helped. i 2nd cmaxmor- stay away from her the best you can and try to forget about it. it not worth you spending anymore time or energy getting upset…

I have no idea ab how ur abs affect labor but maybe the whole athelets have a more difficult time with labor has to do with their body habitus/ bone structure. ? IDK. thats just what ran through my mind when i read your post...

They stay in 2's and 3's longer than in newborn. And mine staying in 4's longer than they did 2&3's combined. But 4's doesnt really come until the end of the 1st yr so you have some time to work on stocking those.
