My Ob told me anything I was doing before I got pregnant- exercises that is, I could continue to do. I drilled him with a few things as soon as he said that and asking about ab exercises was one of them. He said as long as I was physically comfortable there was no reason to stop. And I haven't asked the instructor bc it…

. I am also curious about the dates. I know what they are, - dried fruit (sorry, that's the best explaination I can give), but my question is the AMOUNT of dates in the recipe. It says 2 dates. Does that literally mean 2 of the small dates that you buy in a box or does that mean 2 fresh dates...?

oh and keep this in mind too- you could request the entire 12 weeks and let your employer know that you may come back earlier than 12 weeks.
-
chicky- i didnt read many of the responses to your post but it sounds like you have got a few good "leads" to check into. my little bit of advice would be to try your best to make ends meet so that you can take the whole 12 weeks. i'm know you will want to spend as much time with your baby as possible but in my experience…

"Just a little won't hurt" and I am sure there are all kinds of weird stuff I eat but nothing comes to mind right now. Just the "little won't hurt" phrase! YES, a little leads to a lot!!!!!

Apologies if I offened anyone. Not my intention. Actually I was just reading Heathercrist's labor and delivery story and it made me think of something I wish I had known ab labor...... Your contractions may not be the text book 3-5 min apart lasting 60-90 sec each. Mine were all over the place. Some were 5 min apart, some…

Sarah, You should be able to make it 24 months or longer. Mine is just shy of 2yrs old and he still asks if "mamas are gone?" and trys to cram his little hand down my shirt and pull one out! haha. I decided to stop bf him bc my husband and I wanted to try for our 3rd and I was not sure if I was ovulating. (Even though I…

To Helen and anyone else thinking of breastfeeding for the first time- I wish someone had told me...... nursing is something you will have to work at constantly and consistently to master in the first month to two months. Thinking back on it, learning to nurse is similar to learning to eat healthy and exercise regularly.…

I have lost almost 60 pounds over the last year and a half through healthy eating and exercise and continued to breastfed my little boy until he was 22 months. (I just weaned him about 3 weeks ago bc it was just time.) The weight will come off with dedicated healthy eating and consistent exercise. Just give it time. Please…
