ok back from vacation- we stayed pretty active but i had ice cream almost every night :( and a couple of beers several days this past week. so i think i could have done a little better but not a whole lot and the scale shows it too- this morning i weighed in at 172.4. (one pound gain) so i am Totally going to get that off…

angelacasey- keep it as fresh as you can...fruits., veggies, meats, and then for snacks or anything you have to use that is not fresh- keep check on the sodium and make the best choice possible.

thanks! jonsy- i measure my neck half way between my chin and shoulder... i have never measured it in the past but MFP has a place for it under "check in" so i included it.
