DID W1D2 YESTERDAY. I MANAGED TO JOG 8 OF THE 9 INTERVALS AND DID A TOTAL OF 35 MIN OF CARDIO. I THINK I WILL PROB REPEAT WEEK 1 NEXT WEEK.....

d1w1- my goal was 8 sets of alternating jogging 60 seconds followed by walking 90 seconds. i made it through 5 sets of jogging/ walking and then had to walk the rest of the time. i have a sinus infection right now too so hopefully by wed i will be able to do all 8 sets. none the less- i broke my lazy streak (about 3 months…

thanks. that will put my cal intake around 1700 a day. that is what my ob doc told me 1600- 1800. i tried that for around 3 weeks and did not see any change in my weight but that was a while back. so i am going to try again and log my calories this time. i want to be healthy for my children and i know BF is the best for my…
