I wouldn't say I'm super motivational at this point in time, but I'm working on getting back to being a better version of myself and would love to have and give support along the way! Anyone is welcome to add me, I keep my diary open and I'm working on posting something (other than logging food and exercise) each day šš

Good job not punishing yourself! It's an important mindset to make sure you're doing this for good reasons and not as punishment ššš

Thanks y'all! Great suggestions here to try out :) I am not Vegetarian, or vegan, but I still sometimes have a hard time getting all my protein in and sometimes just need to be able to bring along an easy protein snack when on the go to places that might not have food that's safe for a person with celiac to eat haha.ā¦

There are pressure points in the feet that you can rub to help ease it (look it up on google, but I think it was close to the heel/under the sole)... I have seen some yoga poses on pinterest as well, but I haven't tried them.

I'm a military brat/spouse and from both sides of that line, more often I say "y'all" but I do say "you guys" as well ^_^ also I say "soda" not "pop" haha

I use measurements and fitness to really gauge progress, pictures definitely make me SUPER happy though... the scale is meh... I weigh in like every three months or so just to see, but it's not something I rely on for the feeling of accomplishment

I remember being in my dark place too, it was the most awful thing. I'm glad I was able to find good people on MFP and get into a much better place! You and anyone else can add me for support!

You and anyone else can feel free to add me! I've lost nearly 50lbs in the last year, it was hard but as long as you are persevering, you will make it to the light at the end of this tunnel! ^_^

What I would do is hide the scale, work towards a certain pant size or body fat percentage instead. Much easier to judge how healthy one is by how one feels and looks rather than a certain number on the scale :) this article was comforting to me, I hope it can help you feel better as well. You and anyone can add me too, Iā¦
