This, I only lost ten pounds one month after that (six weeks postpartum )and stayed that weight for another five months... then I started here and have lost my baby weight and my marriage weight (30lbs all together) since January...

I keep getting told that I'm "Lucky to have just bounced back after having a kid" when infact I haven't just bounced back... I've work very hard and it upsets me too when people think I'm just lucky.... I understand sometimes letting loose on people who belittle your hard work, good job sticking up for yourself though!

I'm 5'0" and working on building my muscles then I'm going to finish lowering my bf%... not really aiming for a certain weight per say but I think I'll end up around 110 when I'm pleased. I've lost a good amount of weight already and stopped so I didn't end up "skinny fat" haha... You and anyone else can feel free to add…

For me it happens when I push myself past what I think are my limits. It's scary but it's worth it!

I had a couple spurts of 10lb gains in my pregnancy, which sucked bc without those gains I would have done just fine and probably also would not have had as many stretch marks... It sounds though like you're doing very well even with the sudden gain.

A bag of lentils is under a dollar that with a couple carrots and celery and onion is a delicious meal for cheaper than a burger and fries and waaaayyy healthier...

Growing up in a home of overweight teens I think it is partially the parents fault but also partially the teens... I was not overweight until after I got married, but my siblings all are... now YOUNG children have no responsibility since they don't know any better...

This for sure and the no/low carb diets are wack... I eat so much pasta and bread it's stupid and I have lost a ton of weight.. I just make sure it's whole grains and not overly processed.....besides, it's SO tasty!!

I don't know how in the world the american family looks to lean on that diet.... I used to eat just like that and was horribly chubby....
