Man, right now I'm doing about 20 minutes of intense cardio and 25 minutes of intense strength training each day, except for weekends. I'm in and out of the gym in less than an hour. All GREAT replies but @nossmf is dead on. Same age. Exact same symptoms. Also the therapy regimen was close to what my Ortho wanted. THANKS for the info. There may be hope.

I wait until I get to work but usually consists of 1 slice wheat bread, 1 egg, 1/2 piece of American cheese, and 1 turkey sausage patty. Or a similar breakfast burrito. Sometimes it's just a hard boiled egg. I pre-make my meals so they're ready to throw in a bag before work.

That's what the doc diagnosed me with a year ago. "Maybe" some tendonitis. I may need to be looked at again. But yes you are 100% right. I hurt at work when I have to sit and type. Have trouble sleeping, etc. It's an every day all day pain.
