  • Could actually be a lot of things. I know for me steak some times causes constipation or it could just be water retention from eating too much sodium... I wouldn't worry about it too much b/c if you're staying within your calories goals you should average a loss for the week/month.
  • Bump!! We close on our house in about a week so I hope to plant a few things this year... I assume I will have to buy pre started plants from the nursery!
  • I graduated high school at 112 and I'm between 5'7" and 5'8". I had a very high metabolism and was very, very active, and ate like a grown man! It was very thin for my height and I know there is NO WAY I could ever get that low again, nor would I really want to. I had no boobs or hips!

  • Oh yeah that completely kills my motivation b/c by the time I get home and get whatever I've forgotten and then get back to the gym I've lost almost 30 minutes!
  • I hate when people, men and women, stand right in front of the free weights while they lift. They block the entire rack so no one else can get to the weights. Yesterday there were two girls doing squats right next to each other, right in front of the rack of weights! I mean really can you not take 2 steps back so others…

  • Depends... I typically wear boy shorts or I have several really soft thongs that are really comfortable! I know I'm at the gym but I still can't stand to see a big thick panty line in my workout shorts or capris.
  • You need to eat a "meal" with carbs and protein to help your body recover. I typically have meal with a ratio of 2:1 carbs vs protein.
  • I make a 1/2 cup of plain oatmeal with water and mix in a Tbls of Peter Pan whipped peanut butter with 1/3 less sugar and a then add a packet of splenda! It's great and keeps me full all morning!
  • I often mix a banana in with my protein shake after I work out b/c you need those carbs to help the protein get into your muscles! My answer to your question would be anything eaten in moderation is not bad for you....

  • 5'7.5" Current weight fluctuates betweeen 144 and 147 and my goal weight is 135... I have a very small but athletic frame. Smaller upper body but muscular legs, making it VERY difficult to find jeans that fit!
  • As some one else mentioned take a look at the sugar in it... If it has a lot of artificial sugars or sugar alcohol that could be the culprit... I use to use Muscle Milk light and I was having the same issues...

  • what are you eating for breakfast? It could be that you aren't getting enough fuel prior to excercise. Everyone's body is different. My sister in law can't work out before like 10 b/c no matter what she does she gets nauseous. But I'm fine to wake up at 5 and not eat anything before.

  • I mix my shredded chicken with low sodium taco seasoning and do a quesadilla with whole wheat tortilla and 2% cheese!
  • I don't have the issue of them falling out but I have abnormally shaped ears I think and any of the head phones that go into my ears hurt really bad and/or give me head aches. I use a Sony brand that are the old school shaped round head phones but they have a plastic piece that goes around your ears instead of the head…
  • I'm confused are you more wanting to gain muscle than lose fat??? B/c at your size you shouldn't have a whole lot of excess fat. It you are wanting to be leaner you are going to be better off adding weight lifting to your basketball playing... Eating 2900 calories probably is right IF you are lifting b/c you need to feed…

  • Thanks for the advice! I was definitely planning on doing tomatoes! I think I read somewhere though tomatoes plants could be toxic to dogs... not neccasarily the tomatoes but the plants... Not sure if that is accurate, but I know it's going to be a challenge to find a fence that will be my little monsters out of the garden!
