Challenge 3 Eating of the greens. I was able to enjoy, green grapes, a green apple, kiwi and some green beans. This week I think I enjoyed the apple the most!

CHALLENGE #2: I picked week 7 challenge again “TEK IT EASY MON!” This was a really nice stretching video I enjoyed it.

CHALLENGE # 1 I picked Week 7 challenge VIDEO #1 “Reggae Workout Fitness Zone (20 minutes)” I picked this one because it was the only chanllenge week I was not able to get done do to power outages. It was difenantly a differnt type of workout!

"CHALLENGE #3" I used Ginger I made a tea type of drink out of it and drank several cups trying different variety of things in it.

CHALLENGE #3 I left all sweenter behind for 5 days for my hot tea. Not having sweeter is something I have been trying to overcome.

Challenge #1 I did the 2.5k outside today. We may have rain the rest of the week so I tackled it today during lunch.

What I Tried: Roasted Garlic Hummus What I thought: I have never tried hummus before, it was so-so. I don't think it would be something I would feel like buying again.

I got more of the outside work in at lunch today. Brought all of my warm snow clothes to work, bundled up and went to the cemetery since it is plowed there. Only half mile left to go. I am hoping to get that done tonight. Then I will start to tackle the videos.

So I just spent 40 minutes hiking around the yard in over a foot of snow to get in one outdoor mile. Now to bed I go. I am tired. We are currently in first place good job everyone.
