July 9 - 40 minutes of yoga, 20 of weight lifting, and I will try to go run 10 miles if im not lazy

July 6 Im kind of considering taking a rest day because i feel lazy but i probably shouldnt hahaha i will do weight lifting anyway and maybe some yoga if i feel like it

July 5th - I ran 11km in 1h this morning, and now im going to the swimming pool again :) I'll do yoga after that

July 3rd: Walked the dog, cleaned the house, i will do at least one hour of yoga, and then i will go to the sport store by walking, and then probably yoga again

I'm in too! My workouts will mainly consist of running, yoga and pop pilates videos but whatever :) I need to do more strenght training. Today is yoga day :) I'll do a video for the abs too Please feel free to add me as a friend!
